Four Pillars of Wellbeing: An alignment for continues growth and development

In our busy and noisy life some time is difficult to think about what are the

important elements to pay attention to as individuals. There is no time or no

conscious for self-awareness, and we are just in auto pilot.

There are four main pillars of well-being that capture important elements to pay

attention to:

− Physical

− Emotional

− Spiritual

− Financial

The wellbeing of these pillars is key to achieve balance, harmony, and inner peace,

which, when combined leads to a life of self-development and success.

The first three pillars (physical, emotional and spiritual) are at the center, and the

fourth (financial) supports the first three.

Our actions should align with these pillars to keep them healthy and in a positive

state.

We can achieve balance and well-being in the four pillars through prioritization.

Identify within the four pillars what is really important, and allocate the resources

toward that.
